INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

Cadelga Feedlot recently welcomed a group of international visitors from Brazil who toured the operation to gain insight into Australian feedlot systems and management practices. The visit provided an opportunity to share knowledge across the global beef industry and discuss the approaches used in cattle care, feeding systems and feedlot operations.

During their time on site, the group explored a range of areas including livestock management, feeding programs, infrastructure and operational systems. The exchange of ideas and experiences between the teams highlighted the similarities and differences between Australian and Brazilian feedlot operations.

At the conclusion of the visit, the group shared very positive feedback, noting that Cadelga was the best feedlot they had seen globally during their travels across the industry. They also expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to visit and indicated their intentions to return in the future to continue learning and strengthening industry connections.
